

Returns/refund policy
Please be advised that air bubbles within the cup, which can occur as a natural result of the shipping process, are not grounds for replacement. These bubbles are considered an inevitable aspect of the shipping and handling process.
We do not offer any refunds, returns or cancellations after your order has been placed as you are ordering a custom/personalised product made specifically for you.
If you are unhappy or dissatisfied with your product, we will offer a 14 day refund policy for pre-made, ready to ship products, however you must ensure the product is returned to us in its original packaging, inclusive of the straw and in an unused condition. Please note that the cost of returning a product falls to the responsibility of the customer and we recommend that this is sent with some form of tracking.
DISCLAIMER: your refund will not be granted or processed until the product is received by us and has been inspected to ensure it meets the criteria set out in our returns policy.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon its delivery and contact us immediately if the items is defective, damaged or faulty, or if you have recieved the wrong item as otherwise ordered. Please ensure to contact us within 48 hours of delivery with any issues so we can rectify this and in order to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
