
We do not offer or accept returns/refunds on own personalised products as they have been made specifically for you and designed by you.
However all pre-made, made to ship products are fully refundable if returned to us in its original packaging, inclusive of straws and in an unused condition within 14 days of being delivered. Returns shipping costs falls to the responsibility of the customer and we do recommended this is sent with at least some level of tracking.
We do of course offer refunds for products that are received faulty or damaged if returned back to us.
Yes, absolutely you can choose from any of the wraps we have available to go on your cup of choice!
And even if we do not have a wrap that you like, or you've seen something we don't offer, don't hesitate to contact us and we'll do our best to source and design a wrap that suits your needs and wants - just be aware there is a significantly longer processing time for this.
You should not subject our acrylic or glass products to extreme temperatures. Our acrylic and glass pieces are not made to hold hot drinks as this could cause melting or smashing. You may put ice into our acrylic pieces but we advise that you don't put ice into our glass items.
You can put both ice and hot drinks into our stainless steel products.
